1 bed 2 bath condo accommodates up to 4 people with a pull out sofa in the living room. 2 bedroom 2 bath condo accommodates up to 6 people with a pull out sofa in the living room. Starting Jan 5, 2014 there will be a Mandatory Check-Out Cleaning Fee of $50 per stay for all 1 bedroom units and $60 per stay for all 2 bedroom units staying 2 nights and will be payable to the property direct upon check-out. Effective Aug 1 2014 there will be a Mandatory Check-Out Cleaning Fee of $75 per stay for all 1 bedroom units and $115 per stay for all 2 bedroom units staying 3 or more nights for stays Dec 22 2014 onwards. There is no restaurant on property, but there are dining options available within the surrounding area. Four-story plantation style buildings set on fifteen tropical acres. Small office/lobby with activities desk. The resort provides a warm, relaxed vacation setting, filled with fish ponds and flower blossoms, gardens and waterfalls. Located at the base of the famous Mt. Haleakala near the town of Kihei, the resort is part of Maui's sunny western coast and sits directly opposite one of the island's finest beach parks. Resort has four tennis courts, large swimming pool, sun deck, two jet spas, and nine barbecue areas on property. (0308/SD) Property provides mid-stay housekeeping service for stays that are 7 days or longer, which includes changing of linens and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of bathrooms as well as kitchens. Guests who are staying less than 7 days can purchase additional housekeeping services at nominal costs. Extra towels and amenities will be provided in each unit prior to check-in. Guests can request for replenishment of the bath amenities (shampoo, soap, toilet tissues) at any time without charge. There will be a small fee for the replacement of towels/linens.
